Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us, unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages or readers offer advertisements.
We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond our limitation, the order is not shipped by us, then the order shall be considered as cancelled and refund process will be initiated. In the event the order/product is delivered and refund request is raised, the refund is processed bearing below points in mind.
In case a customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product then he/she has the option of returning the product to us, however the return shall be considered valid only if:
- The Product shipped is wrong;
- The Design of the Product is significantly different from what was mentioned during Order Placement to us. While it is imperative that the craftsmanship aims at creating similar designs, creation of exactly same design cannot be guaranteed.
- When the quantity/weight of the goods delivered is significantly different from what was stated earlier from our side. A tolerance of +/- 10% in weight is acceptable.
While returning the product, please bear in mind following things:
- The tagging on the product shall remain intact and the product should not have been used.
- Any certificate and the packaging material should also be sent by you in order to have timely and complete refund.
- No product shall be returned, if it has been customized as per customers needs.
- Diamond - 90% of value, on which it was billed to you.
- Gold - as per market price of the Gold, making charges will not be refunded.
- Platinum- 95% of value as per market price of the platinum, making charges will not be refunded.
In all above three cases, the prevailing prices on the day of receiving the products by us, will be applied.
Once the product is returned to us and the same has been verified by us, the process for the same shall be initiated. Once we are satisfied with the reasons for returning the product and the quality of the received products, the refund shall be done. The amount shall be transferred to the retailer’s bank account via online transfer. The process of transferring the amount to shall be initiated within 7 working days after accepting the refund request.
The cost of the logistics in sending back the Product shall be borne by the retailer/ Customer. The return shipping charges:
A. can be adjusted while refunding the cost of product in your account ( as per our refund policy) or
B. Can be adjusted from your account balance
The return shipping charges will be borne by us in case the product is not received in intact condition by you, or it had quality or quantity issues.
An order will be confirmed after receiving advance from the retailer. Customized orders, once confirmed by us, can’t be cancelled. In case the retailer insists for cancellation, then the wastage will be deducted from the advance payment amount and the balance amount will be refunded to the retailer’s account.
